Our Constant Pressure Water Pumping Systems

Fredebaugh Well Drilling & Water Systems is a dealer for Goulds, Grundfos, Starite, and Myers submersible pumps. Our main product line is Goulds. We also offer constant-pressure pumping systems, including a wall-mounted mini-pressure tank from Goulds, Franklin, and Grundfos.

These systems deliver constant pressure throughout the house, similar to a city water system.

Water Pressure Tanks

We are also dealers in Flex-lite, WellMate, and Well-X-Trol fiberglass pressure tanks and Well-Rite steel pressure tanks.

In-House Reservoir Tanks

These can be installed for additional water storage in areas where the wells have a low yield. The plastic Norwesco tanks come in several shapes and sizes to fit in various spaces. For larger water storage needs, an in-ground concrete cistern can be installed and hooked into the water system.

We also rent out plastic reservoir tanks for when a supply of water may be needed only temporarily.

Water Pump System Installations

  • We prefer to install 3-wire submersible pumps whenever possible since these systems have a pump control box installed right in the building adjacent to the pressure tank. These boxes contain several of the electrical components that control the submersible pump, and quite often, it is just a matter of replacing the control box when there is a problem instead of pulling the pump from the well to find the problem on a 2-wire system. Therefore, less costly repairs.
  • A panel board is also installed in the building that contains an on / off switch for the pump, a pressure switch that controls the pressure at which the pump starts and stops, and a control box with a pilot light that only comes on when the pump is running so that you know if the pump is on or off.
  • In most cases, we install our submersible pump cable in a conduit for added protection. If the wire should go bad, it can be pulled out and replaced without digging up the lines.

We customize each system to meet the house's needs based on well production, the number of people in residence, the size of the home, and the number of bathrooms. Other factors taken into consideration are irrigation systems, hot tubs, etc.
